Contacts
Contacts are people.
Before you can take advantage of Airdesk, the first step is to create accounts and them the contacts. You can create them as new contacts appear, but we suggest that, if you already have them, you create them before inviting other members of the company.
How to create a contact
Click on the top right corner on "Contacts" and select "Contacts" on the menu.
Name | Description |
Account | You should associate the contact with one or more accounts. |
Avatar | Image that identifies the contact in Airdesk. |
Name | Name of the contact, you should insert the first and last name. |
Phone | In order to normalize all the prefixes, this field is divided in two. |
Name of the contact. | |
Mobile | In order to normalize all the prefixes, this field is divided in two. |
Notes | Free field for observations. |
State | The accounts status: Active, Inactive. |
Legal basis for processing a contact's data | Options available: Legitimate interest - possible / potential. Legitimate interest - existing client. Legitimate interest - other. Execution of a contract. Consent given by the contact. Not applicable. |
