Subcriptions management.
With the evolution of the Digital Market, companies are forced to acquire subscriptions. This module serves to manage digital or non-digital subscriptions. Below you'll find a list of examples of subscriptions:
- Brand registrations and renewals
- Domain registrations and renewals
- Accommodation registrations and renovations
- Program/software registrations and renewals
- Warranty registrations and renewals and warranty extensions
- Registration and renewal of licenses
In order to be able to manage subscriptions with some accuracy, it's important that you fill out the subscription fields presented in the table below:
Field Name | Description |
Company | Assign the contract to one of your companies. |
Associate to | You can associate the contract with a client or with a subscription. |
Contact | The customer's primary contact for the respective subscription. |
Pipeline | Which pipeline it’s associated with. |
Status | What the status of the contract is. |
Nº Sales Opportunity | Number for those who want to identify a number, for example, from the ERP. |
Type of Subscription | Type You must first configure the subscription types. |
Start | Subscription start date. |
End | Subscription end date. |
Renewal | Periodicity of subscription renewal. |
Description | Description of the subscription. |
Manager | To whom the subscription is assigned internally. |
Departments | Who has access to the subscription. |
Teams / Collaborators | Who has access, whether user or team. |
Followers | |
Internal note | Internal description that will not be added to exports or notifications. |
Attachments | Files attached to the contract. |
