Creation of pipelines in Airdesk

The settings in this section are only available to workspace administrators.

You can create pipelines to classify the phase in which a certain process is.

  • Business

  • Contracts

  • Subscriptions

  • Calls

  • Projects

  • Cases

  • Tasks

To do this, users can use states that classify the process and organize priorities.

The states are:

  • Open

  • Closed

  • Cancelled

  • Lost (business)

  • Gained (business)

  • Completed (projects)

You can then view the states you have created on your user dashboard.
