# Pipelines

You can create pipelines to classify the phase in which a certain process is. 

* Business 
* Contracts 
* Subscriptions 
* Calls 
* Projects 
* Cases 
* Tasks 

To do this, users can use states that classify the process and organize priorities. 

 The states are: 

* Open 
* Closed 
* Cancelled 
* Lost (business) 
* Gained (business) 
* Completed (projects)

You can then view the states you have created on your user dashboard.&#x20;
